Cancellation / Prepayment
75% amount room rent / package cost refunded before 20 days of arrival date. 50% Room Rent / package will be refunded before15 days of arrival date. 25% room rent /package will be refunded before 10 days of arrival date. No refund in any case for cancellation with in 5 days of arrival date. 5% of total Room rent / package cost will be charged as cancellations fee on all cancellations. Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above. Hotel has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time and can refund the paid advance. 10% Service Charges on Room & 12.5% on Food & Beverages is applicable. (except if meals are included in Room Rate/Packages) Note: As of Heating Provision, we provide Heating blankets complementary from Nov till Feb.
